Shaping Cohesive Classrooms
WHO WE ARE
Faith Values is a Christian not-for-profit organisation working with multi-faith communities to help educators engage their students with diverse worldviews, beliefs and religions—strengthening community connections and social cohesion through informed, respectful dialogue.
WHAT WE DO
We support schools and teachers to develop religions and worldviews literacy, foster respectful dialogue and empathy, and create classrooms where students explore life’s big questions of meaning, purpose and identity through the diversity of Australia’s religions, beliefs and worldviews.

CONTRIBUTING TO THE NATIONAL CONVERSATION
In August 2026, Faith Values gave evidence at the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion. Our CEO, Herbert Um, appeared during the Commission’s final hearing block on strengthening social cohesion. He shared the key learnings through the Religions and Worldviews Education pilot about how schools can help students engage with Australia’s religions, beliefs and worldviews with understanding and respect.
Earlier, in July 2026, Faith Values contributed to a joint submission with the Faith Communities Council of Victoria, bringing a multi-faith voice to the Commission’s work.
